How do I sign up?

It’s simple. Click the ‘Login / Sign Up’ link in the top right corner. Enter your information as a general user or click on ‘Become a Vendor’ if you’re wanting to sell on the platform. You can create an account using your email, Twitter or Google credentials.

Is CrownMob available on iOS and Android?

Even better, just open up the browser on your phone and visit CrownMob.com for instant access. No app download needed.

Are all vendors listed in CrownMob directory?

The sellers listed on the application have all signed up and have been added to our database. If you don’t see your product retailer on our site, tell them to sign up ASAP!

As a product retailer, do I still need my own website?

Nope. Anything you clients need to see can be added to your profile on CrownMob and all booking can be made through us as well.

Is CrownMob free for sellers?

Yes – listings and vendor dashboard access is free. To make money we charge a small percentage per transaction.

Are payments accepted through the app?

Yes! You can use and accept credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal. More payment methods coming soon.

As a seller, when will I receive my funds for Mobile Pay?

Once a transaction is complete, the vendor will be notified and their PayPal account sent funds. Payments follow the usual PayPal settlement timeline (roughly 2 to 3 days).

As a vendor, how do I find new clients?

When you create your profile on CrownMob, be sure to add not only your products– but photos, and a description as well as well. That way clients can recognize you immediately. 

As a seller, can my clients rate or review me?

Once a purchase is complete, buyers will have the opportunity to leave a review and rating. The more positive ratings you get, the more likely you will be to sell products.
